Technology has become a useful tool in the construction industry, including providing advanced project data and analytics. This discussion will address how using this data and various analytics can be included in construction audit techniques and project closeouts. In addition, this presentation will discuss the certain key technology and provide tips and tricks for quick adoption of the technology and data into project controls.

BIO: Mr. Rouse is a Senior Director at FTI Consulting in the Asset Lifecycle Management Practice. Mr. Rouse has extensive experience providing construction advisory and audit services and strategic planning to Owner/Operators. He also has experience providing technology advisory and project controls support, with the goal of recovering money, as well as developing more proactive process and procedures to promote transparency.
