Antonio is one of the founders and a primary partner at JA Cost Engineers and Advisors. He has two decades of experience in the construction industry, including a combined six years’ experience between project management within the specialized construction industry, as well as involvement in construction auditing, cost segregation, and risk assessments on a variety of construction projects.

Evan is a Senior Estimator at Jendoco Construction Corporation. Previously Major Projects Manager at Crawford Consulting Services, Vice President of Pre-Construction Services at Sota Construction Services and Chief Estimator at Michael Baker Corporation, Evan has over 30 years of experience in construction contracting and cost consulting.

Secretary
Ryan is a Manager in Deloitte’s Capital Projects Practice in the Pittsburgh office with nearly 20 years of experience in engineering and construction. Areas of focus include project management, risk management, construction claims consulting and project advisory services in the oil & gas, petrochemical, industrial, health care and aviation industries.

Treasurer
Richard is a Director in Berkeley Research Group’s Pittsburgh office with over twenty-five years’ experience in project management and claims consulting for engineering and construction projects.
JOHN DILLON
PSP
Director
John is a Director in Berkeley Research Group’s Pittsburgh office and has more than 20 years of experience in areas including critical path method (CPM) schedule development and management, CPM schedule delay analysis, expert report preparation, project controls, cost estimating, field engineering, and environmental engineering. He has provided these services on an array of projects, including power plants, chemical plants, commercial buildings, steel mills, military bases, military ammunition plants, and dam construction and rehabilitation projects.
ERIN FALLON

Director
Erin is an Assistant Vice President in the Pittsburgh office of J.S. Held’s Construction Advisory Practice. She has over fifteen years of dispute resolution, claims analysis, and risk management experience spanning a wide range construction projects. Ms. Fallon graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering. She is a Certified Cost Professional (CCP) and a Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP).
MARC JOHNSON

Director
With over 40 years of experience, Marc specializes in change management, claims resolution, schedule delay and damages quantification, and has been involved with claims ranging from $200M to $2B. A former Director at The Rhodes Group, Marc was also Director of Commercial Affairs-Americas at Westinghouse Electric Company prior to that. He was previously a claims consultant where he produced expert reports and testified to his findings.
STEVEN SCOTT
PE, PMP, CCA
Director
Steven is a senior manager in the Capital Projects Practice in the Pittsburgh Office of Deloitte. He has over 11 years of experience on engineering and construction projects. His experience is comprised of dispute resolution, project advisory, and risk management on both domestic and international projects. Steven has extensive experience in the review and preparation of claims, resolution of construction disputes, and provision of litigation support.
